DR Bardawam ("we", "us", "our") operates a medical supplies shopping app and website (the "Service") that allows customers to browse, order, and arrange delivery (and, where applicable, setup) of medical products. Not a healthcare provider. DR Bardawam is a retailer of medical products. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and we do not collect or store medical records, prescriptions, or health history. 1.2 Location Information

Delivery address (text address)
GPS coordinates (latitude/longitude), if you choose to share your location to speed up delivery

1.3 Order Information

Items purchased, quantities, and order total
Customer name, phone number, and delivery address provided for each order
Delivery type (standard delivery or delivery with on-site setup)
Order notes you provide to help us fulfill your order
Order status history (pending, confirmed, on the way, delivered, cancelled)

1.4 Device & Notification Information

Push notification token (e.g. Firebase Cloud Messaging token) and platform (Android, iOS, or web), so we can send you order updates and offers

1.5 Usage Information

Products you mark as favorites and items you add to your cart
Reviews and ratings you submit for products
IP address, browser/device user agent, and session identifiers, collected automatically to keep you securely signed in

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and secure your account, including verifying your phone number by OTP
To process, fulfill, and deliver your orders, including coordinating any on-site setup service
To send you order status updates, delivery notifications, and (where you have not opted out) promotional messages
To respond to customer support requests
To display your reviews and ratings to other customers
To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues
To improve and maintain the Service

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following cases:

Delivery personnel/couriers — your name, phone number, and delivery address/location are shared with whoever fulfills and delivers your order.
Service providers — third parties that help us operate the Service, such as SMS/OTP providers (to verify your phone number) and push notification providers (e.g. Firebase Cloud Messaging), under confidentiality obligations.
Legal requirements — if required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy continuing to apply to your information.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and order information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account at any time as described in Section 6.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including password hashing, encrypted connections, and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Access & correction — you can review and update your account details from within the app.
Location sharing — sharing precise GPS location is optional; you can still place orders using a typed address.
Push notifications — you can disable push notifications from your device settings at any time.
Account deletion — you may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at the email below, subject to records we must keep for legal, accounting, or order-history purposes.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for adults able to purchase medical products. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
